摘要
针对西昌钢钒公司转炉煤气回收热量偏低的问题,从降低转炉煤气含尘含水量、提高转炉煤气回收热量等方面,实施蒸发冷却器运行方式优化、电除尘器运行方式优化、煤气冷却器改造和运行方式优化,规范调度调节、回收参数优化等,转炉煤气回收热量明显提升,使得转炉煤气吨钢回收量从开始的71.8 m^3/t上升至91.2 m^3/t。
Aiming at the problem of low heat recovery of converter gas in Xichang Va⁃nadium Steel,the operation mode of evaporative cooler,ESP operation mode,gas cooler transformation and operation mode optimization,regulation and recovery parameter optimiza⁃tion were implemented from the aspects of reducing the dust content and water content of converter gas and increasing the heat recovery of converter gas.The heat recovery of con⁃verter gas increased significantly,which increased the recovery of converter gas per ton steel from 71.8 m3/t at the beginning to 91.2 m3/t.
