制氢装置提高产量及优化系统的实践

摘要 北京首钢气体有限公司400 m^3/h制氢装置供气负荷逐年提高,而装置随着使用年限逐步增加,生产保供压力很大。通过改造装置的对流段换热器、余热废锅“塞阀”定位器、供水泵和引风机以及设备保温,使得装置工况稳定、经济,产量由338 m^3/h提高到420 m^3/h以上。 The gas supply load of the 400 m^3/h hydrogen production unit in Beijing Shougang Gas Co.has been increasing year by year.With the increase of service life of the unit,the pressure of production and supply guarantee has become very high.By reform⁃ing the convective section heat exchanger,waste heat boiler“plug valve”positioner,water supply pump,induced draft fan and equipment heat preservation,the operation condition of the unit has become stable and economical,and the output was increased from 338 m^3/h to more than 420 m^3/h.
