新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下高校图书馆的应对策略研究

Research on the Coping Strategies of University Librariy under the Background of COVID-19 Epidemic

为研究国内高校图书馆在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间所采取的措施,以42所“双一流”建设高校图书馆为调查对象,分别调查了阅读推广服务、图书借阅服务、资源推介服务、信息素养服务、电子教参服务、在线课堂服务、校外资源访问、查新查引服务等8个方面的内容,分析其存在的问题并提出相应的改进建议。高校图书馆应借助这次突发事件,发现服务中存在的问题并解决问题,不断提升高校图书馆的服务能力。

In order to study the measures taken by domestic university library during the COVID-19 epidemic,taking 42“double first-class”university libraries as the survey object,this paper investigates eight aspects of reading promotion service,book lending service,resource promotion service,information literacy service,e-teaching participation service,on⁃line classroom service,off-campus resource visit,and service of novelty searchd and citation of papers,analyzes the exist⁃ing problems and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.University libraries should use this emergency to find out the existing problems in the service and solve them,so as to continuously improve the service ability of the univer⁃sity library.
