摘要
研究了季节性变化对天然橡胶(NR)的组成、机械性能和动态机械性能的影响。结果表明,冬季NR抗热氧化指数(PRI)最高为80.7%,抗热氧老化能力最强。从红外光谱可以看出,不同季节的NR的主要成分是顺式聚异戊二烯,除此之外还含有少量3,4结构单元以及有少量的蛋白质磷脂等非橡胶成分;另外,春季NR还含有少量的聚异戊二烯反式结构。NR在夏季具有最佳的物理性能和机械性能。
The effects of seasonal variation on the composition,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of NR were studied.The results showed that NR had the hightest PRI of 80.7% and the best resistance of thermal oxidative aging.It can be seen from the infrared spectrum that the main composition of NR in different seasons is cis polyisoprene.In addition,there are some of 3,4 structural units and a small amount of protein phospholipid and non rubber components.In addition,natural rubber havvested in summer also contains a small amount of trans polyisoprene structure in spring.Natural rubber harvested in summer has the best physical and mechanical properties.
