摘要
从填料网络和交联网络两个角度,研究了填料用量和交联水平等配方因素对硅橡胶静态和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,填料网络和交联网络对硅橡胶的性能都有显著影响,交联网络对硅橡胶静态撕裂强度的影响更显著,而在动态载荷下,填料网络对材料疲劳裂纹扩展性能的影响更为明显。这种差异表明仅通过相关静态力学性能的测量很难预测材料的动态疲劳性能。
Silicone rubber with varied filler loading and crosslinking levels were investigated under both static and dynamic stresses.The results showed that both the two factors played important roles in determining the properties of silicone rubber.Crosslinking had a more significant effect on static tear strength;but when under dynamic stress,the effect of filler loading was more obvious.This made it quite challenging to predict the dynamic behaviors of silicone rubber only from its static properties.
