Status and Influencing Factors of Farmers'Use of Digital Finance

分析农户数字金融使用现状及影响因素有助于推动数字金融在农村地区的应用。论文基于对2019年调研数据的研究表明,当前阶段我国农村地区的数字金融使用主要以数字支付为主;阻碍农户使用数字金融的主要原因是对数字金融缺乏了解以及没有相应知识和技能;男性、年龄相对较小、受正规教育年限长、家庭年收入高、农业收入占比低、拥有非农社交圈、拥有自用汽车、风险承受能力强的农户更倾向于使用数字金融。其中,年龄在49~54岁、接受正规教育年限在9~12年的受访者对数字金融使用边际效应的影响作用最为明显;家庭年收入对农户数字金融使用的边际效应呈“N”型曲线变动;家中有人当教师或医生、在县乡村当干部对农户使用数字金融具有积极影响,而在本地或外地企业长期就业对农户使用数字金融行为具有显著负向影响。研究结果可为农村地区数字金融政策制定以及针对不同农户群体数字金融使用的精准施策提供依据。

Analyzing the current status and influencing factors of rural households'use of digital finance can help promote the application of digital finance in rural areas.Based on the survey data in 2019,the research results show that the current use of digital finance in rural areas is mainly represented by the use of digital payments;Lack of corresponding knowledge and skills of digital finance is the main obstacle that hinder farmers’use of digital finance;farmers labeled with male,young,highly-educated,high income,low agricultural income share,non-agricultural social circles,own cars,and strong risk tolerance tend to use digital finance more.Among them,49-54 years old and 9-12 years respondents with formal education have the most significant marginal effect of the use of digital finance;the marginal effect of annual household income on the farmers’use digital finance shows an"N"curve;Someone in the family working as a teacher or doctor,or as a cadre has a positive impact on farmers’use of digital finance,while long-term employment in local or foreign companies has a significant negative effect on it.The research results provide a basis for the formulation of digital financial policies in rural areas and the precise implementation of digital finance for different farmers.
