随着“互联网+”行动计划的提出,培训模式发生不断的变革,经过几年的探索“互联网+培训”模式的建立已经具有雏形,结合石油企业的行业特性,建立适应于行业的培训模式已经迫在眉睫,也将是未来行业的培训发展趋势。文章介绍了“互联网+”石油企业培训体系的特点,并提出了建立该体系的措施。

With the Internet plus imminent plan of action,the training mode has been undergoing constant changes.After several years of exploration,the establishment of the Internet plus training mode has taken shape.Combining the industry characteristics of the petroleum industry,it is urgent to establish a training mode suitable for the industry,and it will also be the training development trend of the future industry.This paper introduces the training system of“Internet plus”for petroleum enterprise and puts forward some measures for establishing the system.
