煤化工水处理系统节水技术的研究与应用

Research and Application of Water Saving Technology in Coal Chemical Water Treatment System

文章主要介绍了内蒙古黄陶勒盖煤炭有限责任公司世林化工分公司30万吨/年甲醇项目水务系统改造项目,提高了系统水的复用率,减少了系统原水取水量,避免了混合水进入深度处理装置,造成深度处理装置负荷过高、膜装置污染等问题,降低了生产成本及生产能耗。

This paper mainly introduces the 300000 ton/year methanol project of Shilin chemical branch of Inner Mongolia Huangtaolegai Coal Co.,Ltd.,which improves the reuse rate of system water,reduces the water intake of system raw water,avoids the mixed water entering into the advanced treatment unit,causes problems such as high load of advanced treatment unit,pollution of membrane unit,reduces production cost and production cost capacity consumption.
