摘要
为贯彻环保部门关于降低企业污染物排放的要求,某化工企业电厂决定通过改造余热锅炉增加烟气脱硝,降低氮氧化物排放浓度,针对余热锅炉的烟温,采用SCR脱硝技术。文章研究分析了还原剂液氨、尿素、氨水的优劣,并利用企业的液氨配置成氨水,全程自动化操作,避免了氨水频繁卸车和人员接触的风险。
In order to implement the requirements of environmental protection department on reducing pollutant emission of enterprises,a Petroleum Chemical Industry decides to install De-NOx facilities inside HRSG of their power plant in order to reduce NOx emission and SCR technology is adopted in accordance with flue gas temperature.In comparision of liquid ammonia,urea and ammonia water three options,ammoina water made from liquid ammonia are more profitable due to automatic operation throughout the whole process,avoding the operators frequent exposure risk to ammonia water loading.
