摘要
化学品管理是高校实验室安全工作的重点。以三峡大学水利与环境学院国家级实验教学示范中心的化学品管理为例,借鉴GSP管理体系理念,对其进行了部分修改,对管理流程进行细化,应用于实验室化学品管理。同时将每个实验室作为风险源,以化学品风险、存储风险和安全操作风险作为一级评估指标,在此基础上提出9个二级风险指标,建立实验室化学品安全风险评估体系。通过探索GSP管理体系在高校实验室化学品管理中的应用,并建立化学品安全风险评估体系,能够加强化学品监管力度和完善监管流程,从而降低高校实验室化学品管理安全风险。
Chemical management is the focus of safety work in university laboratories.Taking the example of chemical management of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of the School of Water Conservancy and Environment of the CTGU University,the GSP management system concept was used for reference,and the management process was refined and applied to laboratory chemical management.Each laboratory is used as a risk source,and chemical risk,storage risk and safe operation risk are used as primary evaluation indicators.Based on this,nine secondary risk indicators are proposed and a laboratory chemical safety risk assessment system is established.By exploring the application of the GSP management system in the chemical management of university laboratories and establishing a chemical safety risk assessment system,it is possible to strengthen the supervision of chemicals and improve the regulatory process,thereby reducing the safety risks of chemical management in university laboratories.
