掌侧入路钢板内固定对桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗效果

Effect of Palmar Approach Internal Fixation on Patients with Distal Radius Fracture

目的探究掌侧入路钢板内固定对桡骨远端骨折患者的疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月河北省张家口市第二医院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者36例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规固定)和观察组(掌侧入路钢板内固定),各18例。比较两组骨折愈合情况以及Gartland-Werley评分。结果观察组骨折愈合情况优于对照组,Gartland-Werley评分优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌侧入路钢板内固定对桡骨远端骨折病情具有理想的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of palmar approach internal fixation on patients with distal radius fracture.Methods Totally 36 patients with distal radius fracture treated in the Second Hospital of Zhangjiakou City from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomLy divided into the control group(conventional fixation)and the observation group(steel plate internal fixation of palmar approach),18 patients per group.The fracture healing and Gartland-Werley score were compared between the two groups.Results The healing condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the excellent and good rate of Gartland-Werley score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,both with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Palmar approach steel plate internal fixation has an ideal effect on the treatment of distal radius fracture.
