微型外固定支架在鱼际外伤急诊治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Miniature External Fixation Stent in the Emergency Treatment of Thenar Injury

目的探究微型外固定支架在鱼际外伤急诊治疗过程中的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月深圳市罗湖区人民医院收治的55例鱼际外伤患者作为研究对象,按照患者的就诊时间将其分为试验组(28例,微型外固定支架进行治疗)和对照组(27例,常规治疗),治疗后随访4周,对两组的治疗疗效进行比较。结果治疗4周后试验组鱼际宽度为(50.3±2.7)mm,对照组鱼际宽度为(42.5±1.8)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率96.43%高于对照组85.18%(P<0.05)。结论使用微型外固定支架在鱼际外伤急诊治疗过程中具有较好的临床效果,可有效增大鱼际角和宽度,增加鱼际外展开大范围。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of miniature external fixation stent in the emergency treatment of thenar trauma.Methods From October 2016 to October 2018,55 patients with thenar injury who were treated in Luohu District People's Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected as the research subjects.According to the time of treatment,the patients were divided into two groups:experimental group(28 cases,treated with miniature external fixation stent)and control group(27 cases,treated with conventional therapy).After treatment,they were followed up for 4 weeks.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the width of the experimental group was(50.3±2.7)mm,and that of the control group was(42.5±1.8)mm.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.43%higher than that of the control group 85.18(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of miniature external fixation stent had a good clinical effect in the emergency treatment of thenar injury.It can effectively increase the angle of thenar and the width of thenar,and increase the expansion of thenar.
