人工泪液治疗儿童干眼症的应用及症状改善情况分析

Application of Artificial Tears in Treatment of Dry Eye Disease in Children and Analysis of Symptoms Improvement

目的探讨人工泪液治疗儿童干眼症的应用及症状改善情况分析。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月淮安市妇幼保健院眼科治疗的320例儿童干眼症患儿,按随机数字法分为两组,对照组(160例)使用聚乙二醇滴眼液,观察组(160例)使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,对比两组的临床疗效、各项指标变化、各项时间指标、不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.63%,明显高于对照组的73.75%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)明显长于对照组,经泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)、泪河高度明显大于对照组,角膜荧光染色评分、睑板腺功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组眼部状态恢复正常时间、治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组异物感、眼睑充血、眼压升高等不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗儿童干眼症的应用效果显著,能有效缩短治疗时间,提高基础泪液分泌量,延长泪膜破裂时间,且安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the application of artificial tear in the treatment of dry eye in children and the analysis of symptoms improvement.Methods 320 cases of children with xerophthalmia treated in Huaian maternal and child health hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomLy divided into two groups.160 cases in each group.The control group used polyethylene glycol eye drops and the observation group used sodium hyaluronate eye drops to compare the clinical efficacy,various index changes and various time indexes,untoward effect of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.63%,which was 73.75%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the corneal fluorescence staining score and tarsal gland function score were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the eye condition returned to normal in the observation group,and the treatment time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as foreign body sensation,eyelid congestion and elevated intraocular pressure in the observation group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops in treating dry eye in children is remarkable,which can shorten the treatment time,increase the secretion of basic tear and prolong the time of tear rupture.
