血清ALP对早期骨肉瘤的诊断价值及对预后评估的影响分析

The Value of Serum ALP in Early Diagnosis of Osteosarcoma and Its Effect on Prognosis

目的分析血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)对早期骨肉瘤诊断的价值及对预后评估的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年11月至2017年6月因早期骨肉瘤于佛山市中医院和广州市番禺区中医院共同收治的40例患者作为观察组,另选同期进行身体检查的40例健康群体作为对照组。两组研究对象入院后均进行血清ALP表达水平检测,对比两组血清ALP表达水平的差异,并根据观察组患者的ALP表达水平对本组患者分为未升高组和升高组,并分别对两组预后的评估价值进行分析。结果观察组血清ALP表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清ALP升高组治疗后1年及2年生存率显著低于未升高组(P<0.05)。结论早期骨肉瘤患者进行临床诊断时,针对血清ALP表达水平进行检测可为医生明确诊断提供数据支持,同时对后续治疗模式的制定及开展均具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the value of serum ALP in the diagnosis of early osteosarcoma and its effect on the prognosis.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 40 patients admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Panyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for early osteosarcoma from November 2015 to June 2017 as the observation group,and 40 healthy patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.After admission,serum ALP expression level was detected in both groups,and the difference in serum ALP expression level was compared between the two groups.According to the ALP expression level of patients in the observation group,the patients in this group were divided into the non-elevated group and the elevated group,and the prognostic value of the two groups was analyzed respectively.Results The expression level of serum ALP in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year and 2-year survival rate after treatment in the group with serum ALP elevation was significantly lower than that in the group without serum ALP elevation(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stage of clinical diagnosis of osteosarcoma,the detection of serum ALP expression level can provide data support for doctors to make a clear diagnosis,and it is of great significance for the formulation and development of follow-up treatment models.
