益气活血类中药治疗冠心病的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析益气活血类中药治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取滨海县中医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的68例冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组患者采用益气活血类中药治疗,对照组患者采用常规方案治疗。比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果观察组治疗有效率97.06%显著高于对照组70.59%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.82%显著低于对照组38.24%(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、CI和E/A水平明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对冠心病患者治疗时采用益气活血类中药可发挥理想的治疗效果,同时能够有效改善患者相关症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue on coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 68 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Binhai County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with conventional scheme respectively.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.59%(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 38.24%(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of LVEF,CI and E/A in the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease has ideal clinical effect,and can improve the symptoms of patients.
