加减半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕症的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Adding or Subtracting Pinellia Baizhu Tianma Decoction for Vertigo

目的观察加减半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕症的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月青岛华国中医医院收治的100例眩晕症患者为研究对象,采用双盲法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组给予加减半夏白术天麻汤治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果试验组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕症患者效果显著,且不良反应少,具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of adding or subtracting pinellia baizhu tianma decoction for vertigo.Methods A total of 100 patients with vertigo admitted into Qingdao Huaguo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the object of study,and divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.The clinical effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For vertigo patients,the treatment effect of adding or subtracting Pinellia Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is significant,and the adverse reactions are less,which has good clinical value.
