颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉分流术对颅内动脉狭窄性脑卒中患者脑血流灌注及神经功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉分流术对颅内动脉狭窄性脑卒中患者脑血流灌注及神经功能的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年1月我院收治的颅内动脉狭窄性脑卒中患者30例,均行颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉分流术,比较患者手术前后脑血流灌注指标、NIHSS评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后2周,患者的脑血流量高于术前,平均通过时间、患侧达峰时间短于术前(P<0.05);术后3个月,患者的NIHSS评分低于术前(P<0.05);术后仅3例患者出现头痛,经治疗后逐渐好转。结论颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉分流术可有效改善颅内动脉狭窄性脑卒中患者脑血流灌注,促进其神经功能恢复,且术后并发症较少,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the influence of superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery shunt on cerebral blood flow perfusion and neurological function in patients with intracranial artery stenosis stroke.Methods 30 patients with intracranial artery stenosis stroked admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected and given superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery shunt.The cerebral blood flow perfusion indicators,NIHSS scores and postoperative complications before and after surgery were compared.Results 2 weeks after surgery,the cerebral blood flow was higher than that before surgery,and the average transit time and peak time of affected side were shorter than those before surgery(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the NIHSS score was lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).Only 3 patients had headache after surgery,which gradually improved after treatment.Conclusions Superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery shunt can effectively improve the cerebral blood flow perfusion of patients with intracranial artery stenosis stroke,and promote the recovery of neurological function,with fewer postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
