摘要
目的探讨睑板腺囊肿刮除术联合睑板腺挤压预防儿童睑板腺囊肿再发的疗效。方法将400例患儿随机分为实验组与对照组各200例。对照组单纯行睑板腺囊肿刮除术治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用睑板腺挤压治疗,对比两组的治疗效果与再发情况。结果实验组的总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的89.00%(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组患儿的睑板腺排出能力评分与睑板腺分泌物性状评分均低于术前,且实验组的睑板腺排出能力评分与睑板腺分泌物性状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,实验组的囊肿再发率为3.00%,明显低于对照组的7.50%(P<0.05)。结论睑板腺囊肿刮除术联合睑板腺挤压治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿的效果满意,且术后囊肿再发率较低,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of meibomian gland cyst curettage combined with meibomian gland compression for preventing the recurrence of meibomian gland cysts in children.Methods 400 children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with meibomian gland cyst curettage,and the experimental group was treated with meibomian gland compression on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 89.00%of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the meibomian gland excretion capacity scores and meibomian gland secretion character scores of the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the meibomian gland excretion capacity score and meibomian gland secretion character score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Following for 6 months after surgery,the cyst recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.00%,significantly lower than 7.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meibomian gland cyst curettage combined with meibomian gland compression has satisfactory effect in the treatment of children with meibomian gland cysts,with lower cyst recurrence rate after surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
