临床护理路径对甲状腺肿瘤手术患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Influence of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients with Thyroid Tumor Surgery

目的探讨临床护理路径对甲状腺肿瘤手术患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年2月至2019年2月于我院行甲状腺肿瘤手术的198例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各99例。对照组在围术期接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施临床护理路径,比较两组患者的治疗依从性及术后生活质量。结果观察组的治疗依从性为90.91%,明显高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05)。观察组术后SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期实施临床护理路径可有效提高甲状腺肿瘤手术患者的治疗依从性,改善其术后生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods 198 patients undergoing thyroid tumor surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 99 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during during perioperative period,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway based on the control group.The treatment compliance and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 90.91%,significantly higher than 75.76%of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with thyroid tumor surgery,and improve the postoperative quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
