延续护理对肾移植出院患者自我管理及服药依从性的影响

Influence of Continuous Nursing on Self Management and Medication Compliance of Discharged Patients with Renal Transplantation

目的探讨延续护理对肾移植出院患者自我管理及服药依从性的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年3月于我院行肾移植手术的患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规出院护理指导,观察组在对照组基础上采用延续护理。随访6个月,比较两组患者的自我管理能力及服药依从性。结果护理后,两组的心理调适、运动锻炼、症状管理评分均高于护理前,且观察组的心理调适、运动锻炼、症状管理评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的服药总依从性为92.50%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。结论延续护理可提高肾移植出院患者的自我管理能力,改善其服药依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on self management and medication compliance of discharged patients with renal transplantation.Methods 80 patients with renal transplantation in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharged nursing guidance,and the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.Following up for 6 months,the self management ability and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of psychological adjustment,exercise and symptom management of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of psychological adjustment,exercise and symptom management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total medication compliance of the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 62.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing can improve the self management ability of discharged patients with renal transplantation,improve the medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
