机器人辅助经皮螺钉内固定治疗骨盆骨折的护理

Nursing for Patients with Pelvic Fracture Treated by TiRobot Assisted Percutaneous Screw Fixation

目的探讨机器人辅助经皮螺钉内固定治疗骨盆骨折的护理效果。方法回顾性分析机器人辅助经皮螺钉内固定治疗骨盆骨折患者14例的临床资料,经过术前术后的重点护理,比较患者的血压、心率、疼痛数字评分(NRS),并观察其术后并发症情况。结果患者术后的舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于术前(P<0.05);术后NRS评分≤3分比例高于术前(P<0.05)。术后随访4~6个月,患者未发生伤口感染、深静脉血栓、压疮、泌尿道感染等并发症,患者可下地负重或部分负重行走。结论对行机器人辅助经皮螺钉内固定治疗的骨盆骨折患者进行护理,可稳定患者的血压和心率,减轻术后疼痛,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of Ti Robot assisted percutaneous screw fixation in the treatment of pelvic fracture.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with pelvic fracture treated by Ti Robot assisted percutaneous screw fixation were retrospectively analyzed.Through the key nursing before and after operation,the patients’blood pressure,heart rate and numerical rating scale(NRS)scores were compared,and the postoperative complications were observed.Results The patients’diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and heart rate after operation were lower than those before operation(P<0.05);the proportion of NRS score≤3 points was higher than that before operation(P<0.05).Following up for 4 to 6 months,patients did not have wound infection,deep vein thrombosis,pressure sores,urinary tract infection and other complications,and could walk with weight bearing or partial weight bearing.Conclusions Nursing for patients with pelvic fracture treated by Ti Robot assisted percutaneous screw fixation can stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate,relieve postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.
