在国家重大题材美术创作项目的主题油画创作中,选择以20世纪90年代乡镇企业异军突起为主题,以苏南乡镇企业的招工为画面主要内容。在前期大量的考察、调研、写生纪实的基础上,为画面的构成积累大量素材;在项目创作班教师的指导下,画作经过初稿被否、推翻草图至最后成型。作品以历史画的情节性为《春雷·1990—苏南乡镇企业大招工》的表现方式,力图再现20世纪90年代乡镇企业招工的时代画面。

The rise of township enterprises in 1990 was chosen to take as the theme of oil painting creation of“major theme art creation project of the ministry of culture”,and the recruitment of township enterprises in southern Jiangsu as the main content of the picture.In the earlier stage,author accumulated a large amount of material for the composition of the screen through a large number of investigations,researches,and sketchbooks,and under the guidance of the teacher of the project creation class,the painting was rejected after the first draft,the sketch was overturned to the final shape.The plot of the historical painting is“Spring Thunder 1990——recruitment of township enterprises in southern jiangsu”,which tries to reproduce the scene of the recruitment of township enterprises in the 1990s.
