职业院校学前教育专业学生共情能力的现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Empathy Ability of Preschool Education Major in Vocational Colleges

采用人际反应指针量表对436名职业院校学前教育专业学生进行问卷调查。结果表明学前教育专业学生共情能力处于中等偏上水平;共情能力在性别、年级、独生与否状况和班干部任职情况几个方面均存在显著的差异。针对此结果,在学前教育专业的教育实践工作中提出相关的教育改革措施,以提高学生的共情能力。

436 preschool education major students in vocational colleges were investigated by Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C Scale. The results showed that :(1) The empathy ability of preschool education major students was above average.(2) There were significant differences in empathy ability of preschool education major students in gender, grade, only-child status and class leader. In order to improve the empathy ability, relevant education reform measures were proposed in education practice of preschool education major in vocational colleges.
