喷丸对TC4合金微弧氧化涂层磨损和腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:10

摘要 对TC4钛合金表面进行喷丸(SP)预处理制备出表层纳米结构膜层,采用微弧氧化(MAO)恒电压控制模式在NaH 2PO 4和Na 2SiO 3组成的电解液中制得陶瓷层,获得SP/MAO复合涂层。研究了喷丸时间对SP/MAO复合涂层组织结构及耐磨、耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:经过喷丸处理后,随着喷丸时间的延长,TC4合金表层晶粒尺寸减小,微观应变和表面粗糙度逐步增大。经喷丸30 min预处理的SP/MAO复合涂层的摩擦系数最小,磨损率较MAO涂层降低了71.3%。随着喷丸时间的延长,SP/MAO复合涂层自腐蚀电位呈先增加后降低的趋势,腐蚀电流密度呈先降低后增加的趋势,喷丸30 min时,SP/MAO涂层的耐蚀性最好。 The surface nanostructured film was prepared by shot peening(SP)on the surface of TC4 alloy.The ceramic layer was prepared in the electrolyte composed of NaH 2PO 4 and Na 2SiO 3 by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)constant voltage control mode,and the SP/MAO composite surface modified layer was obtained.The effects of shot peening on the microstructure,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of SP/MAO composite coatings were investigated.The results show that after shot peening,with the prolongation of shot peening time,the surface grain size of TC4 alloy decreases,while the microscopic strain and surface roughness increase gradually.The SP/MAO composite coating pretreated by shot peening for 30 min had the lowest friction coefficient and the wear rate was 71.3%lower than that of the micro-arc oxidation coating.With the prolongation of shot peening time,the corrosion potential of SP/MAO composite coating increased first and then decreased,and the corrosion current density decreased first and then increased.The SP/MAO coating had the best corrosion resistance when shot peening for 30 min.
