摘要
地方新建应用型本科高校基层教学组织具有结构形式单一性、组织功能复杂性、组织活动随意性的特点,运行中存在职能定位模糊、运行缺乏内驱力、组织制度不健全、组织成员离散性大等问题。完善地方新建应用型本科高校基层教学组织运行机制,明确基层教学组织职能定位是前提,赋予基层教学组织考评权是关键,规范基层教学组织活动制度是核心,建立基层教学组织监督激励制度是保障。
The basic-level teaching organization in local new built applied universities has the characteristics of structural form singularity,organizational function complexity and organizational activities randomness.And there are some troubles in the operation,such as functional ambiguity,lack of internal drive,imperfect organization system and decentralization of membership.As for perfecting the operation mechanism of basic-level teaching organizations in local new built applied universities,it is the premise to make clear the function orientation,it is key to endow the right of evaluation,it is core to standardize activity system,and establishing the supervision and incentive system is the guarantee.
