On Natural Disasters and Ecological Environment Changes in Mongolian Plateau in Past Dynasties

蒙古高原地区是北方草原民族的主要活动舞台,这一地带向来是生态环境比较脆弱的地区,灾害多发之地。自然灾害与环境变迁有其特殊性,与北方民族历史息息相关。目前有关蒙古高原历代自然灾害与生态环境变迁的文献史料整理和研究工作较为薄弱,亟待开展,这将有益于当代生态文明建设,尤其是对于内蒙古地区生态治理、社会发展均有所裨益。

The Mongolian Plateau Region is the main stage for the northern nomadic people.It has always been a region with fragile ecological environment and frequent disasters.Natural disasters and environmental changes have their particularity and are closely related to the history of the northern nomadic people.At present,the collation and research of historical documents on natural disasters and ecological environment changes in the Mongolian Plateau in past dynasties are relatively weak and urgently needed to be carried out,which will be beneficial to the construction of contemporary ecological civilization,especially to the ecological governance and social development of Inner Mongolia.
