家乡依恋与大学生返乡工作意愿关系研究——以赤峰市为例

A Study on the Relationship between Hometown Attachment and College Students'Willingness to Work Return Home——A Case Study of Chifeng City

以赤峰籍在校大学生为研究对象,通过调查问卷方式,获取了赤峰籍在校大学生工作地意向的相关信息,探讨大学生家乡依恋对返乡工作的影响。结果表明:由地域认同、情感依恋、行为倾向三因素构成的家乡依恋在赤峰籍大学生群体返乡工作意愿上发挥正向积极作用。

Taking Chifeng College Students as the research object,researched by using the self-designed questionnaire,we obtained the relevant information regarding the working intention of Chifeng College Students,and discussed the influences of home attaching on returning work.The results show that home attaching,which is composed of three factors:regional identity,emotional attachment and behavioral tendency,play positive roles among Chifeng College Students'willingness to returning to work.
