摘要
为了减小塑壳断路器短路情况下电动力对断路器开断的影响,应用虚拟样机技术,建立了操作机构开断特性的ADAMS仿真模型。采用有限元仿真软件,对操作机构所受洛伦兹力进行仿真计算,并求相应霍姆力。利用ADAMS插值函数,研究短路情况下电动力对断路器开断的影响。结果表明:此方法可有效模拟塑壳断路器在短路情况下的分断特性,为产品的优化设计提供相关参数。
In order to reduce the influence of the electric force on the breaking in the molded case circuit breaker under the condition of short circuit,the ADAMS simulation model of breaking characteristics of operating mechanism is established by using the virtual prototyping technology.The Lorentz force on the operating mechanism is simulated by the finite element simulation software,and the corresponding Holm force is solved.By using the interpolation function of the ADAMS,the influence of the electric force on the breaking in the circuit breaker under the condition of short circuit is studied.The results show that this method can effectively simulate the breaking characteristics of the molded case circuit breaker under the condition of short circuit and provide relevant parameters for the optimal design of products.
