尝试替代酸洗的新型除鳞工艺简述

Brief introduction of various new descaling processes instead of pickling

黑色金属轧制前的酸洗工艺已有超百年历史,其间人们为了解决鳞皮清除与污染排放之间的矛盾,不断尝试各种新工艺来替代酸洗。近年来在环保政策的驱动下,各种不同的新工艺开始陆续尝试替代,但始终存在各种大生产应用上的不足。基于此,针对几种典型新工艺进行原理说明与关键参数对比,并对其工艺优缺点、现存主要问题及应用前景进行分析。

The rolling and pickling of ferrous metals have a history of more than one hundred years.In order to solve the contradiction between scale removal and pollution discharge,various new processes have been tried to replace pickling.In recent years,driven by the environmental protection policy,various new processes began to try to replace pickling,but when these new processes were put into mass production,they exposed various deficiencies.Based on this,this paper compares several typical new processes with their key parameters,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,existing main problems and application prospects.
