摘要
宝钢开发的BMD工艺(Baosteel Mechanical Descaling technology)采用水+磨料颗粒的混合射流方式,通过射流介质在金属表面的持续击打、磨削而实现除鳞。在BMD技术应用于大生产初期,BMD产线除鳞后的BMD板表面质量以及产量均未达到预期效果。通过对BMD产线的工艺控制优化以及生产操作优化,不仅实现了除鳞后的BMD产品表面质量达到Sa3.0级,充分满足下游用户后续冲压、辊压、涂装、冷轧等各项严苛工艺要求,而且实现了机组稳定高效生产。
BMD(Baosteel Mechanical Descaling technology)developed by Baosteel is a descaling process of using water and abrasive particles mixed jet to continue hitting,grinding the metal surface.BMD is applied to mass production.Surface quality and yield of BMD plates descaled by BMD Production line don’t achieve the expected results in the early stage.Through the process control and production operation optimization of BMD production line,surface quality of BMD products to the Sa3.0 level fully meets the downstream users stamping,coating,cold rolling and other stringent requirements and BMD line achieves stable and efficient production.
