摘要
采用宝钢BMD工艺(Baosteel Mechanical Descaling technology,简称BMD)替代酸洗,对钢制轮毂的热轧原料进行除鳞加工,因BMD的力学特性导致材料表面过早硬化,后通过参数调整再次试制,冲压开裂率达标且成品表面洁净度与均匀性更优,BMD处理后的红铁皮缺陷通过肉眼对比改善明显,同时,涂装耐蚀与力学抗疲劳性能均完全达标。基于此,宝钢BMD已经成为绿色、廉价、高效的热轧原料除鳞解决工艺。
Baosteel BMD process is used instead of acid pickling to descale the hot rolling raw materials of steel wheels.Due to the mechanical characteristics of BMD,the surface of the material is hardened too early.After parameter adjustment,the material is trial manufactured again.The stamping cracking rate is up to the standard and the surface cleanliness and uniformity of the finished product are better.The red iron sheet defects after BMD treatment are obviously improved by visual contrast.At the same time,the coating corrosion resistance and mechanical fatigue resistance are also improved.The performance is up to standard.Based on this,Baosteel BMD process has become a green,cheap and efficient solution for descaling hot rolling raw materials.
