This paper describes the current situation of the replacement of the substructure of the continuous rolling mill in Baosteel Steel Tube Business Division,and puts forward the specific installation requirements in combination with the actual situation on site to ensure that the replacement can meet the use requirements.After that,the construction technology analysis in the installation process is mainly introduced,hoisting technology analysis,assembly of T-type fixed bolt,and center adjustment requirements of the continuous rolling mill base.Through this method,the key and difficult problems in the construction process are well solved,which provides a high reference value for the maintenance and installation of similar equipment.
