摘要
为探究浙江省两类水源地浮游植物群落组成及其季节动态差异,2013年至2017年,利用镜检法分析了19个水源地物种组成、优势种和季节动态差异。河网型水源地鉴定出浮游植物8门96属,其中5门14属浮游植物成为群落优势种,浮游植物丰度均值处于十万级;水库型水源地鉴定出浮游植物8门115属,其中6门35属浮游植物成为群落优势种,浮游植物丰度均值处于百万级以上。水库型水源地物种多样性,优势种丰富度上均大于河网型水源地。
To investigate the composition and seasonal dynamic differences of phytoplankton communities in river-network-type and reservoir-type water sources in Zhejiang Province,phytoplankton samples were taken from 19 drinking water sources from 2013 to 2017.These samples were tested by microscopy in order to analyze their species composition,dominant species and seasonal dynamics difference.The results identified 8 phytoplankton and 96 genera in the river network type water source,and a total of 5 phytoplankton and 14 genera became the dominant species in the community,while the average phytoplankton abundance is at a hundred thousand level.There were 8 phytoplankton and 115 genera in the reservoir type water sources,and a total of 6 phytoplankton and 35 genera became the dominant species in the community,while the average abundance of phytoplankton is above one million.The diversity of phytoplankton species,the abundance of dominant species,and the abundance of phytoplankton in the reservoir-type water source are all greater than those in the river-network-type water source.
