地表水采集预处理方式对氨氮测定影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究不同预处理方式对地表水氨氮的影响情况,采用静置30 min、离心处理、63μm尼龙筛过滤和直接罐装的方式对地表水样品进行采集,并对样品中的氨氮含量进行了测定。通过spsst配对检验等方法对不同预处理方式的氨氮监测数据进行评价,结果表明离心处理-静置30 min配对组氨氮的监测结果呈显著性差异;离心处理绝大多数断面监测结果低于静置30 min的监测结果;63μm尼龙筛过滤和静置30 min监测结果差异不显著。 The surface water of some monitoring sections was collected by different pretreatment methods including placing for 30 min,centrifugal treatment,filtered by 63μm nylon sieve and direct filling.The samples were tested the content of ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)in order to study the influence of different pretreatment methods on the NH3-N in surface water.The ammonia nitrogen monitoring results were evaluated by several methods such as t pairing test by SPSS software and so on.The result showed that the paired group of the NH3-N of the samples placed for 30 min-the NH3-N of the samples of centrifugal treatment was significantly different evaluated by SPSS t pairing test.The number of section of centrifugal treatment whose NH3-N results were relatively low was more than that of the sections placed for 30 min.The paired group of the NH3-N of the samples placed for 30 min-the NH3-N of the samples filtered by 63μm nylon sieve was not significantly different.
