考虑大气环境容量裕度的风电叶片生产技术研究

摘要 在化石能源过度消耗而带来严重后果的背景下,风能凭借可再生优势得到人们重视,研究风力电机成为当前改善环境的有效途径。采用传统技术生产风电叶片缺少对周围大气环境的考虑,导致生产效率较低,针对该问题,提出了考虑大气环境容量裕度的风电叶片生产技术研究。依据风力发电机实际运行功率确定风轮直径,无序齿轮增速机通过驱动电机直接增速。根据风轮叶片数和叶尖速度配比结果,确定风轮叶片。翼型选择应在保证原始制造原则前提下,使用NACA4412翼型,叶片具有理想气动性能。 Against the background of severe consequences caused by excessive consumption of fossil energy,wind energy has attracted attention due to its renewable advantages.Research on wind turbines has become an effective way to improve the environment.The traditional technology used to produce wind power blades lacks consideration of the surrounding atmospheric environment,which results in low production efficiency.Aiming at this problem,a research on wind power blade production technology considering the atmospheric environmental capacity margin is proposed.The diameter of the wind wheel is determined according to the actual operating power of the wind turbine.The disordered gear speed directly increases the speed through the drive motor.According to the results of the number of blades of the wind turbine and the ratio of the speed of the blade tips,the wind turbine blades are determined.The airfoil selection should be based on the original manufacturing principles,using NACA4412 airfoil,the blade has ideal aerodynamic performance.
