基于FORM法的小型舵机可靠性优化设计方法

摘要 针对传统小型舵机可靠性分析方法存在局限的问题,建立了基于FORM法小型舵机的可靠度评估模型.通过空气动力学仿真计算确定影响舵机可靠性的敏感部位,建立参数化失效模型,确认舵机舵轴与舵面的关键参数,采用FORM法对小型舵机进行可靠性分析,得到可靠度R=0.970671;为满足设计要求对小型舵机结构进行优化设计,对比优化前的结构,舵轴所受的最大应力由462.5 MPa降低为146.8 MPa,舵轴对力的抵抗能力得到了显著提升.小型舵机可靠度由0.970671提高到0.999955,满足关键产品的设计要求,实现了小型舵机的优化设计. A reliability evaluation model based on FORM method for miniature steering gear was established to work around a limitation on the reliability analysis method for traditional miniature steering gear.Through aerodynamic simulation calculation,the sensitive parts that affect the reliability of the steering gear were determined.Then,it established a parametric failure model.And it confirmed the key parameters of the rudder shaft and the rudder surface of the steering gear.Finally,the FORM method was used to analyze the reliability of the miniature steering gear and the reliability was 0.970671.Compared with the structure before optimization,the miniature steering gear structure was designed to meet the requirements.And the maximum stress on the rudder shaft was reduced from 462.5 MPa to 146.8 MPa.The resistance of rudder shaft had been significantly improved.The reliability of the Miniature steering gear increased from 0.970671 to 0.999955 to meet the design requirements of key products.This method achieves the optimal design of a Miniature steering gear.
