城市大气环境承载力的函数Petri网评价模型

摘要 为深入分析城市大气环境承载力的影响因素及形成过程,评价其承载力水平,提出城市大气环境承载力的函数Petri网评价模型。在传统Petri网中引入函数的概念,给出库所与变迁的运行规则及其函数表达式;将城市系统与函数Petri网结合,建立由社会生产、经济能耗、大气环保和大气环境承载力4个子系统组成的城市大气环境承载力评价模型,给出模型运行步骤;采用大气环境承载指数对城市大气环境承载力进行等级评价。案例分析表明,该模型能够直观反映城市大气环境承载力的形成过程、主要因素的影响程度以及承载力水平。通过函数Petri网对城市大气环境承载力进行评价,能够贴合城市大气环境质量实际,以便科学指导城市可持续发展。 In order to deeply analyze the influencing factors and forming process of urban atmospheric environmental bearing capacity(AEBC)and to evaluate its bearing capacity level,a function Petri net(FPN)model of urban AEBC was proposed.The concept of function was introduced in the traditional Petri net,and the operation rules and function expressions of transition were given.Combining the urban system with the functional Petri net,the evaluation model of urban atmospheric environmental bearing capacity was established,which consisted of four subsystems,namely social production,economic energy consumption,atmospheric environmental protection and atmospheric environmental carrying capacity,and then the operation steps of the model were given.Finally,the index of AEBC was adopted to evaluate and analyze the urban AEBC.The case analysis showed that the model could directly reflect the formation and changing process of urban AEBC,the influence degree of the main factors,and the level of bearing capacity.The evaluation of atmospheric environmental bearing capacity through the function Petri net could fit the reality and be convenient for guidance.
