摘要
为实现主动配电网的优化运行,构建分布式发电的高效集成和管理平台,采用实时经济调度方法计及功率预测误差确定系统的优化运行计划。首先以当前时段的实时经济运行成本最小为目标,计及功率平衡约束、设备运行约束、储能充放电约束等约束条件,建立小时级的实时经济调度模型。接着,在15 min级的时间尺度上,以实时经济调度计划为基础,针对可再生分布式发电的功率预测偏差,建立计及修正计划经济成本的实时经济调度修正模型并进行求解。仿真算例表明,主动配电网在并网运行模式下的经济性指标优于离网模式,实时不平衡功率调整方法相比于传统方法具有更优的经济性,同时所建立的模型适用于制定主动配电网运行计划。
To achieve the optimal operation of an active distribution network so as to build an efficient integration and management platform for distributed generation,a real-time economic dispatching method,which takes the power prediction error into account,is used to establish the optimal operation plan of the system.First,by taking the minimum real-time economic operation cost of the current period as the objective function,and considering power balance,equipment operation,energy storage charging and discharging constraints,etc.,a real-time economic dispatching model of the hourly scale is established.Then,based on the real-time economic dispatching plan,a revised model of considering the optimal economy of the revised plan under a 15-minute time scale is formulated for the power prediction bias of renewable distributed generation.The simulation example shows that the economic index of an active distribution network in grid-connected mode is better than that of the off-grid mode,unbalanced power adjustment is economically superior to the conventional methods,and the model established in this paper is suitable for active distribution network operation planning.
