社会工作介入困境儿童服务的经验与启示——以D村服务为例 被引量:1

摘要 立足于生态系统理论,社工发现困境儿童在微观、中观、宏观层面存在个人身心健康受损、家庭功能缺失以及学校社区资源匮乏等问题。基于此,社会组织以困境儿童为主体开展多层次服务,重建困境儿童支持网络,帮助困境儿童走出困境。文章通过分析D村困境儿童社会工作服务,探究困境儿童现状、梳理困境儿童服务策略,为社会工作参与类似服务提供经验借鉴。 Based on the ecological systems theory,social worker found that vulnerable children have problems in the micro,meso,and macro levels,such as impaired personal and physical health,lack of family functions,lack of resources in school and communities. Thus,social organization carry out multi-level services for children to rebuild children’s support networks that help children get out of the difficult situations. The paper analysed the social work services of D village and explored the current situation and service strategy of distressed children,so as to provide practical experience for social work’s participation in similar services.
