长非编码RNA调控信号通路影响非小细胞肺癌的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是全世界发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,主要为非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)。因NSCLC早期诊断率低及获得性耐药率高,其5年生存率不足20%。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一种长度大于200个核苷酸且缺乏编码蛋白质能力的非编码RNA,越来越多的研究显示lncRNA与NSCLC发生、转移及耐药关系密切。本文就目前研究lncRNA通过调节信号通路来影响NSCLC发生发展作一综述。 Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer mortality and morbidity worldwide, of which are mainly diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). The poor prognosis was associated with the low of early diagnosis and high rate of acquired drug resistance. The 5-year survival rate is less than 20%. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a sort of non-coding RNA, which is longer than 200 nucleotides and lacks the ability to encode proteins. Lots of studies show that lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence, metastasis and drug resistance in NSCLC. This paper reviews the current investigations on the effect of lncRNA on the development of NSCLC via regulating the signaling pathways.
