阿尔茨海默病伴精神行为障碍与载脂蛋白E基因多态性的关系

Association of Apo E gene polymorphism and laboratory related index in patients with Alzheimer's disease and abnormal mental behavior

目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)伴精神行为障碍与载脂蛋白E(Apo E)基因多态性及Apo E、CRP、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等指标的关系。方法选取湖州市第三人民医院2017年2月至2019年1月的322例AD患者(其中伴精神行为障碍172例,不伴精神行为障碍150例)及200例健康体检者(正常对照组)作为研究对象。分别检测Apo E基因多态性及血清Apo E、CRP、Hcy水平并进行比较分析。结果AD伴精神行为障碍组的ε3/4基因型和ε4等位基因频率明显高于其他两组(均P<0.05);AD伴精神行为障碍组的Apo E水平明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),Hcy水平在AD伴精神行为障碍组最高,正常对照组最低(P<0.05),所有患者的CRP水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);ε4基因携带者Apo E水平显著低于未携带该基因者(P<0.05)。结论Apo E基因多态性及血清Apo E、CRP、Hcy水平可能与AD伴精神行为障碍有关。ε4等位基因可能会影响人群血清Apo E水平。

Objective To explore the correlation between polymorphism of Apo E gene and serum levels of Apo E,CRP,Hcy in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)and abnormal mental behavior.Methods A total of 322 AD patients admitted in Huzhou Third Municipal Hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study,among whom 172 patients with abnormal mental behavior and 150 patients without mental disorder;200 healthy subjects served as control group.The polymorphism of Apo E gene and the serum levels of Apo E,CRP,Hcy were determined and compared between groups.Results The Apo E geneε3/4 genotype andε4 allele frequency in AD patients with abnormal mental behavior group were significantly higher than those in other two groups(P<0.05).The serum levels of Apo E in AD patients with abnormal mental behavior were significantly lower than those in other two groups(P<0.05).The serum levels of Hcy in AD patients with abnormal mental behavior were the highest,those in healthy control group were the lowest(P<0.05).The serum levels of CRP in AD patients were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Apo E in subjects carryingε4 gene were significantly lower than those in non-ε4 gene carriers(P<0.05).Conclusion Apo E gene polymorphism and the serum levels of Apo E,CRP,Hcy may be correlated with Alzheimer's disease with abnormal mental behavior.The serum level of Apo E may be associated withε4 allele.
