摘要
为了分析机械手臂外部结构对永磁同步电机温升的影响,建立了考虑饱和及涡流的电机三维模型,采用有限元法及有限体积法对比分析了电机无外部结构与加外部结构时的电机各部分温升。结果表明,外部结构可以有效的降低电机内部各部分温升保证了其运行过程中的可靠性,使得电机能够进一步提高功率密度。
In order to analyze the influence of the external structure of the manipulator on the temperature rise of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a three-dimensional model of PMSM considering saturation and eddy current was established.The temperature rise of each part of PMSM without external structure and with external structure was compared and analyzed by finite element method and finite volume method.The results show that the external structure can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the internal parts of the motor and ensure the reliability of the motor during operation,so that the power density of the motor can be further improved.
