摘要
针对有铁心盘式永磁发电机反电动势波形谐波含量高的问题,提出一种将极槽配合、极弧系数及斜极方式相结合的优化方法。首先采用等效磁路法得出有铁心盘式永磁发电机的基本设计参数并搭建电机3D模型;然后结合该优化方法对电机进行有限元分析,通过对比不同极槽配合、极弧系数及斜极方式下的反电动势谐波含量,选取了一组最优组合参数,提高了反电动势波形的正弦度。有限元仿真结果表明,该方式有助于削弱盘式永磁发电机反电动势谐波,为下一步样机的研制提供依据。
Aiming at the problem of high harmonic content of back EMF waveform of disc permanent magnet generator with core,an optimization method combining pole slot combinations,pole arc coefficient and skewed pole mode was proposed.Firstly,based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method,the design parameters of the core disc permanent magnet generator were obtained and the 3D model of the motor was built.Then,the finite element analysis of the motor was carried out by combined the optimization method.By compared the harmonic content of the back EMF under different pole slot combinations,pole arc coefficient and skewed pole modes,a set of optimal parameters was selected.The sinusoidal degree of the back EMF waveform was increased.The finite element simulation results show that this method is helpful to reduce the back EMF harmonics of the disk permanent magnet generator,which provides the basis for the next prototype development.
