摘要
针对三相异步电机直接起动的超大电流(额定电流的5-8倍)和谐波对电网,电机设备危害较大的问题。提出了一种新型的具有滤波功能软起动的方法。将有源电力滤波器与软起动器相结合,构成具有谐波补偿的新型一体化软起动器。经过仿真和实验验证,结果表明这种软起动一体化控制方法在解决异步电机的起动电流过大起动不平滑问题的同时又降低了电网侧谐波成分,改善了电能质量。将该技术应用到工业当中,可以解决由软启而引起的谐波问题,以及由于软启和滤波器的分散而造成的成本过高的问题。
For the three-phase asynchronous motor direct start of the super current on the grid,motor equipment harm.A new soft start method of three-phase asynchronous motor with filter function was proposed.The active power filter(APF)and soft starter were combined to form a new multi-functional integrated soft starter with harmonic compensation.Through simulation and experimental verification,the results show that this soft start control method can not only solve the problem that the starting current of asynchronous motor is too large and the starting is not smooth,but also reduce the harmonic component of the grid side and improve the power quality.The application of this technology in engineering can solve the harmonic problem caused by soft start and the problem of high cost caused by soft start and filter dispersion.
