摘要
轴承及其装配质量对轴承可靠性及电机性能指标有直接影响。该文介绍了一种弹性固定圈,套住轴承,然后装配在电机端盖的轴承室内。通过采用有限元分析方法对这种弹性固定圈进行受力和形变分析,证明该弹性固定圈对轴承与轴承室的间隙具有自动补偿作用,可以大幅度降低对轴承室的加工精度要求,从而大大提高轴承室的加工效率,并保证轴承装配质量。
Bearing and its assembly quality have a direct impact on bearing reliability and motor performance index.This paper introduced a kind of elastic fixing ring,which covered the bearing and then was assembled in the bearing chamber of the motor end cover.By using the finite element analysis method to analyze the force and deformation of the elastic fixing ring,it was proved that the elastic fixing ring has the feature of automatic compensation for the clearance between the bearing and the bearing chamber,which can greatly reduce the precision requirement of the bearing chamber,thus greatly improving the machining efficiency of the bearing chamber and ensuring the assembly quality of the bearing.
