就业是民生之本,当前正是精准扶贫工作战略攻坚路段,由于民办高校学生中农村学生占比过重,如何让民办学校学生在就业市场中占有一席之地尤为重要。文章试图通过对南宁学院毕业生综合情况反馈到人才培养模式改革,以提高学生就业竞争力、适应就业市场进而探讨和分析。

Employment is the basis of people's livelihood.As China is in the critical stage of targeted poverty alleviation and rural students are covering a major percentage in private colleges,it is particularly important to help the private college students survive in the fierce employment market.This paper,focusing on the employment situation of graduates in Nanning University,aims to explore the reform of talent cultivation in colleges,so as to promote the overall competitiveness of graduates and stand out in the employment market.
