农村有源配电网自动化终端布局规划方法 被引量:9

摘要 针对农村配电网接入微电网使配电自动化终端优化进一步复杂化的问题,提出了1种含微电网配电系统终端布局规划方法。首先用蒙特卡洛时序模拟各元件状态、分布式电源出力和时变负荷,采用递归搜索算法按照含微网搜索原则计算各负荷点的停电时间。然后计算配电系统平均供电可用率和年停电损失费用。最后以终端初期投资、终端年运行维护和系统停电损失等费用的总和最小为目标函数,以给定的配电系统平均供电可用率为约束条件,采用遗传算法对终端布局进行优化。通过改进的IEEE RBTS Bus6-F4算例计算,验证了该方法的有效性和有无微电网时终端优化配置的合理性。 In view of the problem that the distribution automation terminal optimization is further complicated by the micro network access to the rural distribution network,a method of terminal layout planning for distribution system with microgrid is proposed.Firstly,Monte Carlo time series is used to simulate the state of each component,the output of distributed power supply and time-varying load,and recursive search algorithm is used to calculate the outage time of each load point.Then,the average power supply availability rate and annual outage loss cost of distribution system are calculated.Finally,the objective function is to minimize the total cost of initial investment,annual operation and maintenance of terminal and system outage loss,and to optimize the terminal layout by genetic algorithm with the given average power supply availability of distribution system as the constraint condition.The improved IEEE RBTS bus6-f4 example is used to verify the effectiveness of this method and the rationality of terminal optimal configuration with or without microgrid.
