涉农中小企业创新成长与产业兴旺耦合机制研究

Study on coupling mechanism of innovation,growth and industrial prosperity of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises

通过探索涉农中小企业创新成长与产业兴旺的内在逻辑,系统分析了涉农中小企业创新成长与产业兴旺耦合机制中的时空系统、要素互动系统和利益分配系统,揭示两者之间互动互补协同发展的耦合关系。研究结果表明,涉农中小企业创新成长与产业兴旺在时空系统中具有时间的同步性和空间的一致性,在要素互动系统中两者在人力资本要素、自然资源要素、资本要素方面具有一致性和互动性,在利益分配系统中形成以农民、企业和社会为受益主体,共享耦合发展红利。涉农中小企业创新成长与产业兴旺形成互动互补,动态协调发展的耦合机制。因此,应加快产业新城与乡村产业的空间互动,推进农村创业创新协同发展,优化涉农中小企业的政策环境,促进涉农中小企业创新成长与产业兴旺的良性耦合。

By exploring the internal logic of innovation growth and industrial prosperity of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper systematically analyzes the time-space system,factor interaction system and benefit distribution system in the coupling mechanism of innovation growth and industrial prosperity of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises,and reveals the coupling relationship of interaction,complementary and coordinated development between them.The research results show that the innovation growth and industrial prosperity of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises have time synchronization and space consistency in the time-space system,while in the factor interaction system they have consistency and interaction in human capital elements,natural resource elements and capital elements.In the benefit distribution system,farmers,enterprises and society are the main beneficiaries,sharing the coupling development dividend.The innovation growth of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises and the prosperity of industry form a coupling mechanism of interaction and complementary,dynamic and coordinated development.Therefore,we should speed up the spatial interaction between new industrial cities and rural industries,promote the coordinated development of rural entrepreneurship and innovation,optimize the policy environment of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises,and promote the benign coupling of innovation growth and industrial prosperity of agro-related small and medium-sized enterprises.
