爱尔兰留学护士职业成长体验的质性研究

A qualitative research on experience of career growth of nurses studied in Ireland

摘要 [目的]探讨爱尔兰留学护士学习过程中的职业成长体验。[方法]采用现象学理论研究方法,对10名爱尔兰留学护士进行访谈,访谈资料采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析。[结果]提炼出4个主题、8个亚主题,分别为转变护理职业认知(增强职业认同感和认识护士角色多样性)、坚定护理职业价值(重新确立职业目标和期待发挥职业价值)、建立护理科研思维(开阔科研视野和形成科学的实践反思)、思考护理学科的本质(认识护理理论的重要性和感受护理学科的人文属性)。[结论]爱尔兰留学护理硕士坚定了对护理职业的热爱,培养了护理实践的科研思维,领略到了西方人文主义护理文化和护理理论的精髓。爱尔兰护理硕士教育中渗透的先进护理理念及浓厚的专业底蕴值得借鉴。 Objective:To explore the experience of the career growth of nurses studied in Ireland.Methods:A total of ten nurses who have obtained a master′s degree in Ireland were interviewed based on phenomenological theory,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.Results:Four themes and eight sub-themes were extracted,including changing nursing professional cognition(enhancing professional identity and recognizingthe diversity of nurses′roles),strengthening nursing professional value(re-establishing the career goals and expecting to embody professional value),establishing nursing scientific research thinking(broadening scientific research field and forming scientific practice reflection),thinking about the essence of nursing discipline(recognizing the importance of nursing theory and feeling the humanistic attribute of nursing discipline).Conclusions:The nurses obtaining a master′s degree in Ireland have strengthened the love for the nursing profession,cultivated the scientific thinking of nursing practice,and appreciated the essence of western humanistic nursing culture and nursing theory.The advanced nursing concept and rich professional background permeated in the nursing master education in Ireland are worthy of learning from.
