“Optimizing lessons”is a teaching research paradigm focusing on teacher practice. It combines the processes of“preparing lessons, giving lessons, interpreting lessons, listening to lessons, and evaluating lessons”“Through a coherent“three stages and ten steps”framework,it gathers research fellows,special-grade senior teachers and other expert teachers and ordinary teachers and novice teachers to form a professional practice community, and go through the process of“thinking logically, speaking clearly, making changes in place, and doing properly”,opening up the“black box”of learning from excellent teachers and lesson examples.By changing the leading Way of experts and adopting methods such as self-recommendation,recommendation,and drawing straws, through full accompaniment and.assistance,as well as deep int eraction between experts and peers, all participants can benefit, and“most teachers could take most lessons well”.In these ways, the quality of subject teaching could be improved, and the balanced and high-quality education could be realized.
